Access to AI-BOLD is subject to a selective-access framework. Partner organizations engaged with YKP Optics during the development phase shall be entitled to access both testing and release versions of the technology. Such access is granted solely for evaluation and feedback purposes under terms to be separately agreed. Access at the release stage shall not be made generally available to all companies. Immediate availability shall be reserved exclusively for strategic partners with whom YKP Optics has established a formal collaboration. Any subsequent or broader release shall be determined at the sole discretion of YKP Optics.
